This lemony Greek yogurt dill Dijon dressing is creamy, tangy, and fresh, made with simple ingredients and just the right balance of acidity and richness. It’s a versatile homemade dressing that pairs especially well with salmon, roasted vegetables, and hearty salads. I use this exact recipe in my Roasted Salmon and Potato Salad, and it also works beautifully on grain bowls and vegetable-based salads. Below, I’m sharing exactly what I used so you can make it the same way at home.
Ingredients (Makes about ¾ cup)
½ cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon maple syrup
2 small garlic cloves, finely minced
2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
Salt and black pepper, to taste
How to Make Lemony Greek Yogurt Dill Dijon Dressing
Add the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and minced garlic to a bowl.
Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the fresh dill, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
How to Use This Dressing
Drizzle over salmon or chicken salads
Spoon over roasted potatoes or vegetables
Use as a creamy dressing for grain or lentil salads
Thin with a splash of water or extra lemon juice for a more pourable consistency
Storage Tips
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Stir well before using, as the dressing may thicken slightly when chilled.
